Outstanding service and quality as always today. By far the best barber shop in the West Midlands. Been coming since 2003 and it's worth the bit extra you pay and a 45 minute journey as it's leagues above anywhere else. Would like to say a special thanks to Jack who cut my hair today. First time he's done it and was superb. When he told me part way through the cut it was half price as he was an apprentice this was a lovely touch but there was no way was I paying half price as his attention to detail and quality was as good as anyone else there and better than any barber in any other shop. A welcome male replacement for the legend that was Ed too. Keep up the good work Lisa and the team, you've a customer for life (or until I go bald) in me. Missed the witty quote on the blackboard outside though
